Kevin got me an amazing rate and he had great patience with me throughout the process. It all started when I urgently needed a pre-qualification letter on a Sunday afternoon. Kevin was able to get the letter to me that afternoon and by Sunday night my deal with the seller was closed. I would have lost my dream house if I was not able to provide the letter that evening.
