      Best customer service anywhere! Every person I've ever interacted with at Kensington Bank has been friendly and polite, and has treated me with sincere respect. If I have questions, it is very easy to reach the right person at the bank by phone or email and get quick answers, and if I have to leave a message, my calls or notes are returned in short order. I also find their online banking to be very good, with a lot of useful features.

      Kensington Bank has made it very easy for me to continue doing daily business through Covid-19 shut downs. We have been able to communicate well with phone calls and emails.
