  Sarah Haberkorn is the loan officer you want to work with when buying a new home. Her communication was top-notch.   The people at Envoy really know what they're doing, and it shows. I got a great rate, the communication was awesome, and we closed quickly. Travis was the person I dealt with, and I have already recommended him to a few friends and will continue to do so. Just call and save yourself the time of shopping around; I know because I tried a couple other places first and they couldn't deliver what they said they could. Envoy did!

  In the middle of my home purchase, everything was moving along smoothly for a closing on April 30th 2021. Then I found out that my Loan agent couldn't get the appraisal done until June 1st, I needed to close on time and a good friend directed me to Travis. Not only was he able to secure the loan in an express timeframe, he was able to schedule an appraisal within enough time that we only had to put the closing off by a week instead of a month. Travis took care of everything and was able to fulfill my deadline in less than half the time.
