  Kemba messed up a transfer for a senior citizen family member of mine. It was just laziness on their part and caused him a huge headache. Extremely frustrating. They didn't do enough to make it right.

  This company has possible the WORST customer service on the planet. The only reason we have done business with them is the dealership we purchased our car from uses them for their loan arrangements. Every time I've had to inquire about our loan, whether it be in person or on the phone, I've had to deal with incompetent neophytes. Even having trouble paying off the loan now. Will NEVER do business with them again. The only worthwhile thing this company does is sponsor an annual free shred event. Also they remind us of how wonderful and efficient that the bank we've been happy, satisfied members for nearly 40 years has been.

  I understand that working in customer service can be a drag. I’m not really sure if that was the issue with the teller during my visit today. The teller that waited on me was extremely short with me and slammed both my membership card and receipt on the counter. Then, she proceeded to talk to the teller next to her. She didn’t even ask if I needed anything else, which I did. Her behavior towards the gentleman that came up after me was much different and a lot more pleasant. I’m not too keen on throwing the race card out there but that’s how I feel about this situation.

  I’ve been with Kemba for about 7 years. They still put my checks on a 5 day hold. I have direct deposit and never over draw on my account. Even during a pandemic they hold checks for 5 days. I will be closing my account very soon.

  Very rude staff and not helpful at all. I went to open an account and speak to someone about getting started on the mortgage process and got absolutely no help whatsoever.

  New Management is horrible.. Janet is not to be trusted either!! People of color are treated extremely different at this branch in Bridgetown only smh!!
