  No way to turn off debit card online when obvious fraud has occurred. Service agents are rude and unhelpful. Fraud department is non-existent. Go with free checking at your local bank branch, not this mom and pop operation.

  Hi Amy, sorry to here about your issue. We do offer an app, CardValet, that allows you to manage your KEMBA debit card including turning it on/ off.   I had applied for an auto loan and a representative named Alexandra called me she was rude from the start. I asked her to hold on the o get the address of my employer she was on hold about two minutes and hung up on me when I asked why she lied and said she was on hold 8 minutes which doesn't make sense why should would lie like I wouldn't know how long I had her on hold. Then proceeded to cut me off and said do you wanna finish the application or not. I asked if it was acceptable for her to speak to customers that way she of course had no answer and continued to be rude and dismissive. I refuse to do business with a bank that allows this type of behavior. She also claimed to be a manager which if she is says a lot about a company and whether they value their members. I will be closing my account.

  I was referred by a friend to Kemba Credit Union in 2012 for an auto loan. My credit wasn't the best and I wanted to finance a vehicle, without a co-signer. Kemba worked with me to get the car I wanted, comfortable payment amount and a good interest rate for my situation...all with great people that were willing to help. I am now going on my third auto loan with them, as my vehicle was recently totaled. Jen is amazingly on top of her game, friendly, easy to work with and knows what she is doing, inside and out. With them reporting to the credit bureaus and me having a pretty good payment history over the years, my interest rate is at least half as much as my original loan. I would absolutely recommend Kemba Credit Union and Jen for your auto loan.

  Man I've been dealing with them for the past few months trying to get a loan & everytime they say we got everything we need something else comes up smh just give me the losn when it all boils down to it if i dont pay your taking my house so just let me sign the damn papers geesh. I read the reviews before going to this bank & most of the reviews was good thats what made me want to deal with them but this jennifer lady is so picky i can't take it. She told me she just now signed a loan with someone from Jan wow that is a long time so i guess i won't get approved til Sept😩

  Just joined a few days ago, so dont really know how good they are, but sure they're great, got great service signing up,but their online banking is terrible ive been trying to sign up for e days know and cant, everything i do just takes me back to where i started,i do almost all my banking online, maybe going back to bank
