  I imagine most folks living in The Villages, Fl, and who buy new homes think they only have a few choices at closing and perhaps they do. But if you have the freedom to choose your title company definitely consider Kelsey Title Agency in Fruitland Park (and don’t trust Google Maps to get you there correctly-call first!). We had a recent closing at Kelsey Title and it was eye opening and refreshing to experience service with a friendly personality and correct paperwork and procedures! Thank you, Missi !!!

  As the executor of my parents estate, I was not looking forward to the process of selling their house and condo. The Realtor who listed the house had us use Kelsey Title and their attention to detail and responsiveness was outstanding. We sold the condo without a Realtor and Kelsey Title handled every aspect of the closing. I would recommend Kelsey Title without reservation. True professionals that made both closings effortless!
