  I was rear ended and they gave me good counsel and fought for me to be paid by the other insurer. Similar with storm damage to my roof more recently. No problems with anyone in the office! Also pleased with State Farm. Even collision shop and roofers stated they like working with State Farm more than most insurers. I don't even live in near this office anymore but I won't leave because they've never given me reason to. Been with Kelly since her beginning and chuck before her.

  Terrible service, terrible communication, terrible results. As a State Farm customer for over 25 years, I file my first claim and discover the coverage I thought I had is not there. The agent here knew my requirements, told me I had what I wanted, but not the case. Do not trust this office to look out for you, they take the lazy path. This is Kelly's office, but in 10 years I've never even met her.
