  Jennifer Listed and Sold Jennifer did an outstanding job of listing and then selling our home on the Guadalupe River/Lake McQueeney. She was quick to identify the uniqueness of the property and market it accordingly. She did not list it and wait. She stayed in close contact with us and was reachable whenever we had questions are concerns. She priced the house right and sold it right. Jennifer was a professional, knowledgeable and always confident in her ability to get the house sold. We enjoyed working with her and have used her on a number of other properties. In the future we definitely will do so again.

  I would like to take a minute to share my experience with The Kubenka Real Estate Team. The have helped me on several real estate transactions including my personal home. They listened to our needs, our wants, and gave us several options. Often times I would text after hours and they were always helpful. Jennifer searched hard to find what we wanted and fought hard to get us the right house at the right price. Too often agents are concerned with their commission and wanting to hurry you along with a transaction but that was not the case with this team. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quite possibly the biggest transaction of their lifetime.
