      I don't personally bank here, I was receiving some payments through Western Union. I can't remember the teller's name that I worked with but I think it began with an "H." She was a very polite and patient person, although she was having technical issues caused on the operating systems end and not hers. They are still obviously short staffed at this location, and several customers behind me were obviously upset with the transaction taking longer than they needed. It meant alot to me to not have her rush me or herself while I was with her.

      Do not do business with Regions Bank. They will hold your deposited checks for 14-45 days. Happened several times over the past 3 years. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PEOPLE inside the bank treat you like your a dog. Sad sad sad

      Every time I go to atm machine at gause branch it will not let me deposit money I’m sick of this bank the atms everywhere else all work great but at this particular bank it never works. This is the worse bank in Slidell I hate it

      Don’t use their atm I deposited 600 into it and the branch manager heather told me that they couldn’t find my deposit and wasn’t willing to pull footage. I was never credited for money. Regions stole from me

      Worst costumer service I have ever experienced. The entire staff (save for one employee, Cassandra) is disrespectful and talks to you as if you’re a bother every time you simply ask a question. The attitude they have when they speak to their customers is appalling. I will be transferring every one of my several personal and business accounts to another bank! One star is more than they deserve!

      This branch is terrible. The employees inside of the branch are rude and do not acknowledge their clients. The drive-thru wait is absolutely ABSURD. I bank with them for a business account, and I have to carve away at least an hour of time to get my transaction processed. As of right now, I have been sitting in line for 52 minutes (only 4 cars have had their transactions completed in front of me). All I need is change. There are only 2 tellers, which is an awful business decision for a Friday morning. If you are looking for a new bank to bank with, do not waste your time (literally) with this Regions.

      The atm is always broken or not taking deposits and the lines are incredibly long and slow moving. I had to make two trips once because I did not know the atm wasn't taking deposits and came at a time that was convenient for me. The atm was down and the bank was closed.

      Used this bank for years until a recent debit card incident. My card information was stolen. Lucky for me I'm better at solving those issues than the bank themselves. I was able to cancel 3 orders placed with my information in 3 different states. After that, the bank suggested opening a second account to use for expenses but the biggest expense was how they hit me with service charges for low balance in my secondary account with more than enough in main and savings account to cover it but no way to set that up. Nice little perk for them if you ask me. After that I took a little more interest in what they were doing by looking at their fee schedule. WOW! They are making a killing off of their customers. I urge you to look at their lengthy fee schedule and compare that with other banking institutions in your area or online. I have found one local and one online that I now use and together their fee schedules are less than a quarter of regions.

      I am not an account holder here nor will I ever be. The bank tellers at both locations are rude and very unprofessional. I visited this bank with an account holder. The employees talk to each other about personal issues while customers wait. There's eye rolling, indifference while speaking to customers, rude, uncaring, non-friendly, and unprofessional people who work here.

      Ever since the other location shut down, the gause location has been a headache. Always 25-40 cars in the line at all times. Plan on spending 30 minutes to an hour in the line. Pretty sure the bank makes enough money to put 3 people at the window and keep all lanes open or re open the other bank. I'm sure others in Slidell feel the same and have probably already switched. Rant over, thx.
