  I really don’t know her name but she has got to be the best people person bank teller on the planet earth. Her personality is superb and she is very fast and efficient. Every time I get her at the drive through, I go away with a smile . She’s got dark wavy shoulder length hair, wears glasses and has a few freckles. Anyway , she deserves a raise or a promotion or both!!! I feel valued as a customer.

  Customer service can be hit or miss. Some experiences have been outstanding, & some have been beyond frustrating. I'm not sure what causes the difference from day to day. The loan rates & ease of getting approved is the main reason I use this bank. If I were to judge them on loans alone, it would have been five stars.

  My husband and I recently moved to Gautier to be near our grandson. We went to this location to open an account. We met with the branch manager. After a long wait for her to try and pretend how we could become members...she told us we couldn't...no wait...she would have to email another manager. She said it was based on where we worked, went to school or worshipped. Btw, she never asked is where we worshipped. Then, surprise! We could become members based on where my son worked? Never mind I'm an Air Force Vet? Or that I'm already a member of a sister credit union back in Florida? This was after about 20 minutes. Then we had to wait for her to go to the restroom and watch her put on hand lotion for another 5 minutes while she announced she would have to do a credit check on both of us?!!##@@! Obviously, she didn't want or care for us to become members. In my opinion, it was a race issue. We left and went to Navigator and opened an account. I hope this isn't the norm for Mississippi.
