  Jacob is one of the most knowledgeable and helpful people I've run across in a long time. He takes the time to explain every aspect of the process and does everything in his power to get you a loan that fits your needs. I've used him for a VA loan, a refinance, and a conventional loan and every time he has done an amazing job. I couldn't be happier to continue working with Jacob! I would give him 6 stars if it was possible to do so.

  I simply cannot overstate how impressed I was, start to finish, with Jacob and his team. As someone who has been in the mortgage profession for several years, and have seen all the ways it can go wrong, I was nothing short of thoroughly amazed by KDA Home Financial's performance. He SIGNIFICANTLY outperformed my builder's lender on my interest and the premium pricing. Excellent communication as well - Simple, direct answers and clear direction on next steps were given consistently throughout the process. My builder was impressed. My realtor was impressed. The title company was impressed. Jake knocked it out of the park; he will be getting all my business going forward.

  Words don’t do Jacob and his team justice. These guys are absolutely phenomenal!!!! Not only did he bust his bust with super quick results he always kept me informed throughout the process. I’ve never had such great customer service. I’m recommending him to any and everyone who needs financing for a home. I’ll never use another company, I’ve used a couple other prior to Jacob and they are absolute garbage in comparison. The title agency was amazed with what he was able to get my loan for. If I could give KDA more stars I would!!!!!!

  Jacob was extremely helpful, patient and realistic throughout the entire re-finance process. He did everything at my pace and comfort level and was very knowledgeable. He was honest and down to earth and felt that he had my interests in mind and not his own agenda. I would work with him and KDA again and refer anyone who is looking for a mortgage. Great service!

  Jacob came highly recommended from a friend. So I filled out the form online and he called before the night was done. We talked about loan options, he pulled my credit and locked in a rate before the weekend was done. My loan just closed yesterday and it couldn't have gone any smoother...I even signed my final documents at my own kitchen table.
