  I would highly recommend working with Kayleigh when looking for mortgage loans. Even though we had to change our plans and didn’t proceed with obtaining a loan for personal reasons, kayleigh was extremely helpful every step of the way. She was always very prompt in responding, made it easy to communicate via email and text, AND always looked into every single option available even when you thought you had run out of them.   My husband and I have been through the purchasing and refinancing of several properties over the past 39 years. Never ever has the refinancing process been so easy. Kayleigh is organized, personable and polite, and so very professional. She explained each step Perfectly. There were never any surprises. Closing the loan took less than 30 minutes at the attorney’s office. The entire process took about 3 weeks. I have forwarded her info to my sons, family and friends. She is a gem.

  Kayleigh was a delight to work with! This was my first buying experience, so I had a lot of questions coming in and Kayleigh took the time to explain everything to me. I was very satisfy with her customer service; she even checked in on me during her honeymoon! We had a hiccup the evening before closing, but Kayleigh took care of it and made me feel at ease at 10PM. You can tell she cares about the people she's providing her service to.
