  My son just lost thousands of dollars in both his checking and savings account at this bank. We just found out today, and closed out what little was left. It was so hard just to get someone at this bank to talk to us about what was going on. The bank said someone used my sons information, and account to commit unemployment fraud. We are going to seek help. He works so hard for his money. Please be careful. I don't want anyone else to have this happen to them.

  Me and my man have a shared account here...they are constantly locking us out of our account due to "suspicious activity" which breaks down into too many transactions...so if you just got paid and owe rent and all utilities, card gets locked cuz apparently they get to dictate where and when and how much of your money you get to spend. Currently searching for new bank so I can close this account with them. I'm there every other week unlocking cards or getting them to deal with their stupid app that also locks you out of your account. Do not waste time with this bank

  Whatever you do, Don't set up a trust here for your loved ones. They are unpleasant, unprofessional, unpredictable, inconsistent, and inconvenient. I am the beneficiary of a trust my mom left in place and now I have nothing because the trust agent won't talk to me, won't return my calls, or emails.

  After 40 years of banking with kaw valley I feel its time to move on. Have personal accounts with them as well as had a business account with them for 15 years. Retired now and went to consolidate loans and clean up debt. They weren't interested. I wish loan officers from old days were still there. They actually cared. Moving to a credit union. .
