  Katie was fantastic. Not only did she provide us with a great rate for our cash out refinance, but she was clear in her communication and there were no surprises during the process. When 8 inches of snow caused a one day shift in the closing, she worked with her manager to eliminate the $500 rate extension fee, which was another indicator of her customer focus.
