  My realtor recommended Katie and I can totally see why he likes to send people her way. I was a first-time homebuyer who was fairly clueless about the whole process. She is so knowledgeable, patient, and organized. She made a complex process feel simple and painless. She made herself available for questions and concerns and I felt that she was genuinely excited for me as I bought my first house.   Katie is literally a life saver. We were with another lender originally, and thought that things were going normal but after weeks of no answers, delays, and endless excuses, our worst fear after selling our home was coming quick and we were about to be homeless! We were introduced to Katie, her and I spoke over the phone and she made promises that seemed too good to be true at the moment to prevent our worst fear from coming true, but she delivered.
