Jon Pham5Being a tenant under Bei-Scott Properties gave us a simple and supportive lease agreement that catered to all the needs that we had and help through all the problems that we had. Whenever there was a problem with the house, Bei-Scott was able to quickly send someone over or advise us on how to fix it. They helped extend our lease to study for finals so that we have time to not worry about move-out before school ended. Overall a great experience, non-intrusive but there for you when you need it!
