  Charles was amazing to work with! This was one of the easiest buying experiences I’ve ever had. He answered all of my questions and is extremely responsive and prompt. Holly made sure we had everything set and organized for a super fast closing! Buying a home can be really stressful they made it seamless and fun!   Jay was wonderful to work with! He was always easy to get a hold of and did a great job keeping us updated. He also got us a rate we were really happy with. He had the paperwork ready for us to close almost a week before our close date.   Charles and his team worked wonders! We had a tight timeframe to be out of our current house and they were able to get us into our first brand new home in the nick of time! They also were very friendly and understanding through the entire process - especially with us being first time home buyers. Not to mention the killer rate they were able to get us!

  Reached out to try and make a dream of being a homeowner happen and unfortunately I called K & G Capital Mortgage and spoke to Jay Abeya. Long story short do not wast this man’s time unless you have an 800 credit score or better. He will every polite and willing to help.... until he finds out your credit is less than perfect. At which time he will no longer care to help you in anyway and will blow you off. I suggest you try another company if you have less than perfect credit or expect to be treated like a human and shown a little compassion.

I have known Jay for over 20 yrs and these accusations are just not true. I am sorry we couldn't help you at this time but Jay did give you a way forward and that is the best anyone can do for now.
