  Cheryl Deluca was amazing with our refi. She was patient to not press as there were some things that needed to take place on our end, but she kept the relationship with us and worked with us to get us a great rate and fixed rate mortgage with some cash to accomplish what we needed to. Cheryl is an exceptionally good business woman and educated us along each phase. She was never too busy for a question and truly worked with our best interest at hand. I have referred her to several friends based on the fantastic service we received and they have had similar favorable experiences -- which shows she lives her brand!!

  I'd give more stars if I could! I started my refinance with Joe Kelly and his team in February of 2021. They helped my husband and I save $447 per month by taking my existing rate of 4.375% to a new low rate of 2.367% with no cost out of my pocket. The entire process went smooth, all updates and other communications were timely, and the loan closed quickly. Definitely recommend to everyone I know. Thank you sooooo much for helping us save money each month.
