  I cannot recommend this place or this team highly enough. Things were so stressful being a first time home buyer in this market, and the team at JVM made it so easy. Jordan, Morgan, and Leslie took excellent care of us. They were kind, responsive, efficient, and had great attention to detail. The online portal tools made everything so easy and fast as well. Thanks for investing in user friendly and customer forward technology. It goes such a long way. We sincerely appreciate everyone who worked behind the scenes to make this happen for us. I would choose y'all again every time.

  Our realtor suggested JVM when our first lender dropped us unexpectedly right before our closing date. JVM handled our case with speed and care and we were able to close very quickly. Their team is efficient in that there is an entire team working on your file instead of just one person. If you’re looking for a lender, you really should consider JVM.

  I had a wonderful experience with JVM Lending! Specifically, Victor did such a great job laying out and explaining the home buying process, and he was absolutely delightful to work with. You can tell that precision and expertise are top priorities in their service, but everyone is still extremely personable (which I really appreciate).   The service and personal attention we received from Beau was exceptional and beyond what we were expecting! The past year has been full of surprises some good (having our first child) some bad (have you seen the price of bacon?) but i know what i'm going to get when I work with Beau & the JVM team.
