  Justin “Phibs” Petaccio helped us with a home refinance in 2016 and 2020, and a new home purchase in 2021. Phibs is very knowledgeable and well known in the Denver finance and insurance industries. Most lenders will have generally similar rates, but what sets Phibs apart from the big banks is his ability to close and the benefit of having a local person available any time of day. Phibs was instrumental in our new home purchase in 2021 in a very competitive market, and we were able to secure a house despite not having the highest offer, based on Phib’s conversations with the seller and assurances of our financial standing and ability to close. Also, don’t forget to ask for the Philly Special.

  I have to say that Justin is the best loan officer I have ever worked with, especially in this tough market! Justin is always available, at one point he was able to make 10 offers within a 24 hour period! I highly recommend him and his wonderful team who kept me informed on every step, I was able to close on my beautiful home within 25 days!
