  Justin was extremely professional and the easiest to talk to! He had an answer for almost every problem we faced, and if he didn’t, he got them as quickly as possible. The entire experience was great for being first time home owners and we were more than satisfied. His process was simple and easy to follow if you have all of the necessary documentation.   Justin has been super helpful during this process, this was my first home purchase using my VA loan. i accepted a great rate, and even got cash back at closing. I highly recommend his services. He is super quick to respond, and keeps you posted during the long process. I had a 520 credit score he helped me get to a 640 in a year. It has been a pleasure I highly recommend Justin at Ruhoff

  Our loan officer Justin went above and beyond to help us through our buying process! We went into this not knowing if we’d even get approved for a home loan etc. and here we are one day away from closing on our house! He even sent us a video explaining stuff since we weren’t able to do a phone call one day. Definitely recommend
