  I purchased my very first car ever from here and it was a wonderful experience. So after many years, I called and I had the pleasure of speaking with (Ms.) Joyce in Mid-May of 2022 and during the COVID-19 Global Pandemic. I told Joyce that I am and have been experiencing some financial challenges, but I badly need a new or gently used Used Vehicle. Joyce was very encouraging as she described the Whole Picture so to speak type of Loan Processes that DOJ uses to determine Loan Approvals. Thier process is comprehensive/360 and goes way beyond, for example, a Fico score. I'm not going to apply for a car loan. And thanks to Joyce, I'm no longer scared to at least try to apply to get a new or used vehicle asap. ⚖️🚗📝🔌♻️🅰️➕️🔟🤝👍🏻👍🏿🙌🗽⚖️♀️♂️⚧️🏳️‍🌈🇺🇸🌐🌏🌎🌍

  Don’t apply for an Auto Loan here. Originally applied almost 10 days ago and still haven’t been given a decision. That’s unheard of, specially when you can apply at Dealerships and be approved in minutes.

  The people there are awesome Me cucas the bank manager really wanted help me But she couldn’t do anything for me This institution is an a big theif The manager blamed me for the over draft fees You would think they be more sympathetic during the holidays I pay overdraft on my account ever since I open it They wouldn’t help me out at all It’s like they’re living in 1999 bank service Everything is delayed the app doesn’t accurately represent any transactions But then again it’s my fault I get hit with overdraft fees Matter of fact they call them courtesy pay Really bogus Stay away from this bank They did me dirty and they took my money They’re the biggest cheaters and theirs STAY AWAY DONT USE THIS BANK THIS BANK DOES NOTHING FOR YOU ESPECIALY WHEN YOURE DOWN AND IN THE DIRT PLEASE STAY AWAY PEOPLE THEY TREAT THEN ACCOUNT HOLDERS LIKE WE ARENT ALAIVE AND REAL PEOPLE STAY AWAY DONT BANK HEFE

  Letitia in Collateral Protection is hands down the best person I have ever worked with in resolving an issue! She was beyond expedient, explained everything fully, and was polite to boot. JFCU is lucky to have such a wonderful employee!!

  Terrible customer service. Long wait on the phone, finally told us there was no limit for shared branch Cashier's checks, only to walk in and find out the limit is $850. Who needs a cashier's check for less than $850?? Waste of my time. I'm glad this credit union isn't the one I bank with.

  Terrible customer service, requested a loan as a single applicant, was approved and then no contact. After an email was contacted and again approved stating they just needed any extra income? When i said I had none, they wanted spouses income. I stated it was not a joint loan and was told they added my spouses income anyway? How is that possible? No authorization to pull credit. I hope they did not pull hers without approval. Wings Financial Credit Union. Approved in one day...

  Used to be a great place for banking, now I'm on hold over 35 minutes to question an external transfer. Take care of your own and maybe you would have kept our money.

  Bad customer service. The two ladies at the front were not wearing their mask properly and the other did not have hers on, very uncomfortable.

  Terrible bank will charge you fees any chance they get. I will be closing
