  Julie goes out of her way to ensure you understand the process start to finish. She is quick to respond and does everything she can to make the process of buying/refinancing as smooth as possible. We did most of our refinance electronically, which can feel impersonal and like you're doing it alone but Julie was in constant contact with us checking in to make sure we knew we weren't alone and to resolve any issues or questions we had quickly.

  Julie has been amazing since the beginning. She told me exactly what I needed, so there weren’t any surprises. The closing process was simple and I literally didn’t have any problems. If I ever needed anything, I could email, Fb message or text her and she got back with me within the hour (usually within minutes.) This is my first home purchase, so I don’t have anything to compare it to, but I have friends that are going through the same process and their’s have not been as easy.

  First, the communication; Julie radiated communication she was always their to answer and give me information, secondly total transparency. Third, always by myside making sure that any hick ups and situation unknotted. She was a solutions expert! I was a difficult client to get into my home because of somewhat unique situation. Switching Lenders to Julie Pike was one of my hands down; my best choices that I made as a person and firstly as a US. Military Veteran; from trying to purchase a house to getting the house that I wanted! She was like The World's Best Relief Lender!!
