  The entire staff was very professional and knowledgeable. Julian was very quick in selling the property and understood our needs. Julian's assistant Gaby was amazing, she showed the best professionalism I have ever seen. Communication was key for us and we had absolutely no issues, all of our concerns and questions were answered and in a timely fashion. I would recommend Julian for anyone interested in selling their property he will do the best for his clients.

  Julian has been helping us look for a home in Miami as an out of state buyer. While we've struggled to find the right fit for us that isn't already under contract, Julian has been incredibly thorough and diligent in the process so far. His willingness to go over neighborhoods and take us on virtual tours of the homes (and even the surrounding streets) has helped tremendously. Update: almost a year later, we finally found a house. Julian was great through the whole process!

  Julian was amazing. We wanted to find a place quickly and he was so accommodating and flexible. He go us into places last minute. He listened and his service was impeccable. He also put us through to a great broker who got us the best mortgage deal. I would advise anyone who is looking to purchase a place in Miami/ key Biscayne to go with Julian.

  Julian sold our house in Miami County and was amazing. It was right in the middle of the pandemic and we were unable to travel to see him but he took care of everything on our behalf. He is responsive and communicates with the closing team really well. I liked that he didn’t play games with the other agents and was a straight shooter. Also, he cares about the details and made sure his photographer captured exactly what the buyers need to see. He knows what he’s doing. And he’s not afraid to learn when things come up in this competitive marketplace. There are lots of blind turns when you’re dealing with new construction and he has the experience. Highly recommend.
