      The website is USELESS. They make it as difficult as possible to pay your bill online, see payment history, examine outstanding balance, etc. The phone support is okay, but I really shouldn't have to pick up the phone to in order to pay my bill online. Avoid.

      My 1st Credit Union..And I got to say NEFCU is the best!! Tanisha and the manager Khary are amazing along with the rest of the staff. I would recommend this location to everyone!
