      I've been going to Jovia for awhile now and when I moved I was so happy this Plainview one was right near me. Loukia Garefalis always helps me and is such a nice and kind person. She is absolutely the best!! Thank you for always helping me!!

      This is ridiculous closing the branch until Jan with 😡 . There is No Executive order ! This is about Control!

      I understand that we are in the middle of a national pandemic but you choose to do online and physical upgrades the weekend after Memorial Day?? Why wouldn’t you do this the weekend you are closed? And now I’m waiting in line for over and hour so I can take money out to pay my rent. This is ridiculous.

      Hi Danielle. We’re sorry for the inconvenience. We have been diligently working on this upgrade for over a year. Money was available to members via ATM and debit throughout the upgrade, and of course is now that the upgrade is complete. There are longer wait times at our branches during this time because we’ve had to limit our staff to safely accommodate our team and members during the pandemic. There are multiple solutions to help you do most of your banking from home, but we understand sometimes in-person is the only solution.       4 people working - no masks. Made a deposit - place was empty - took almost 20 min. Was only acknowledged when I had to call to see if they even received my deposit. Very disappointing.

      Terrible bank. Can’t get in touch with bank. When I need my account balances My call is sent to a call center that don’t have any information on my accounts. They take my phone number and tell me someone will call me back in 48 hours. Not good!

      Heard such great things about Nefcu, until i went to this location. Poor customer service - especially for someone who is oblivious to using their "video" teller service.

      What happened to my bank??? There is no personal contact whatsoever anymore. You can't get through to anyone when you call. Not good!
