  Eddie was a star throughout the whole process of buying our first house, and we could not have gotten our offer accepted without his speed and professionalism. He was friendly and accessible at every step, from getting preapproval, to putting a bid together at record speed with the realtor, to moving us quickly (yet patiently) through escrow to closing. We were really new at all of this, and Eddie kept us on track with his clear communication and fast responses. His bullet pointed lists of what we needed to submit were super helpful and easy to understand, as two busy working parents. My sister recommended him, and we are so grateful for his help.

  From a real estate agents perspective, Eddie is the best in the business. He takes such great care of my clients and I never have to worry about anything relating to loan approval.   Worked with Eddie on our quick paced home purchase moving from IL to CA. Eddie was very responsive, and was great at explaining the nuances and details of everything. He definitely made the whole process easier, and financing was one less thing to worry about during our move as he was on top of everything. Our first home purchase was through a big bank directly, and I can see a night and day difference working with someone like Eddie. Would definitely work with him again, and recommend to friends and family.

  I have worked with Eddie on both my first mortgage in 2019 and my refinance and I only have positive things to share about both experiences. I initially was referred to him by my very well trusted real estate agent and I am so happy he referred me to him! Eddie is highly professional, very prompt in his replies, and most importantly for me - as I do not have any knowledge about mortgages and financing - he makes the process so seamless and easy to understand. Eddie has excellent customer service, and goes above and beyond to provide all the information needed and answer any and all the questions the customer may have. My most recent refinancing has been incredibly seamless and SO fast. He provided several refinancing options within 2 hours from my inquiry (on a Saturday, and all were great options, by the way) and the one I chose resulted in me being able to pay my mortgage in half of the time with over 30% savings. The process was done in just a few days and required very minimal work on my end - a simple upload of a few documents on a shared portal. And done! I highly recommend Eddie to anyone who is looking to finance or refinance their home - if I could give him 100 stars, I would!!!

  As a Realtor I got to have A Team I work with in order to deliver and over deliver to my clients! Especially in this Market! I’m usually very weary when using someone outside of my Team especially Lenders because it’s one of the most important Key Components of the Deal! Well Eddie is now part of the Team! I was very very impressed by his performance! He’s a workaholic like Me and doesn’t shut off for the weekends nor pass certain hours! And that made it a perfect combo!   Eddie is spectacular! And we can say without a doubt, we would not have gotten our house without him. We bought our first house in LA (where the market is insane) and we both work freelance (a factor no lender understands nor enjoys) at the height of the pandemic. We had been looking for a year with another realtor and broker and were highly unsuccessful. Our new realtor explained that we needed a solid team in place and that Eddie was the best in LA. And she was 1000% right. Eddie walked us through the process step by step, complete with spreadsheets to show us how much everything would work out to be. He answered every question in detail, never rushing or glossing over key information. He then did it all over again when we had to refinance and consolidate our loans. It was an arduous process that he made so much easier. Eddie is professional, thorough, responsive and on top of every detail. And he is a really lovely human.
