Nikolle Simmon1Phone goes to an answering machine if No one answered , they offer buisness accounts but don't offer business loans, the system does not link to any buisness software like quick books To be paid electronically, they don't have the ability to link with experion if you want to use any modern form of anything you won't find it here alot of the people who answer the phone just seem annoyed and big pet Peave it is in poor shape, windows always have hand prints super dirty and the bathroom is disgusting if they don't care about their buisness appearing professional they nailed it.

Hannah Kurncz2I’ve used this bank for about 4 years and haven’t really had issues other than the app being down most of the time. My debt card expired in October and I’ve never received it and called on the 1st of November for a replacement of that one and the lady said it would take 7-10 days, it’s now the 14th my card as not shown up. I’m about to move everything to my other bank. It’s ridiculous. I’m taking everything out of my savings (at other bank) to buy food and essentials because I don’t have my main debt card! Update: had to go to the bank to get a new card made. Have no idea where my other 2 cards they sent went. Their lobby was closed and it was only drive thru. After I got my new card I went to go use it for the first time and it didn’t even work. Called the bank and apparently it wasn’t even on file. So they made me a new one a second time. That one didn’t even work. They told me they have to call someone who makes their cards to see what’s going on. I get a call and it was a communication issue 🤷🏼♀️. Had to run to the bank 2 times in one day 😓 and waited in the parking lot till I got it figured out. Was very frustrated and I bet the workers were too. I appreciate them for helping and being patient tho

shelby george1I banked with Journey for at least 15 years and the service was great, however, within the last 5 years, customer service has plummeted to below zero. One day, I went in to pay balance on an auto loan and was assisted by Justin...he has the worst public relations attitude I have ever experience. Short, quick and a snotty tone in his voice, irritated that we, as customers asked questions regarding the payoff of the loan. It was that very day that I closed my account and will never use Journey again. So sad too, as it used to be top notch and I sent many friends to them because they were so customer oriented. Not anymore, they are a thing of the past. Even the people that answer the phone for Customer Service sounded irritated. It's time for the big wigs to do some serious investigation into the customer service here.

Madeline Dietrich3Frustrating the lobby is still closed. The wait is long in the drive-thru. When I drove up, I wasn’t greeted or given instructions. It would be helpful to be welcomed and told what to do instead of the tellers staring me down expecting me to send the tube up before hearing my need.

TheeRomanHD554It is a great bank to go to never had any problems at this branch before but beware there phone app and desktop website are very poorly made and require you to have patience, and a lot of it. There are to many limitations to how many times I can log in and how many Devices I can log into to at the same time and to top that off, the save my password doesn’t work it makes me log back in every time I want to view my bank account (if you try to login twice in a row you have to wait 15min to view your account on ether your phone or website). So the bank itself is good but there mobile and website is extremely poor. They are not as technologically advanced as say Huntington.

Fritz Carlson1I am so disappointed in this bank. We deposited a large check in the bank that was from another bank which we have done in the past!!!! They put another hold on it. They have gotten these checks in the past. If they don’t trust us I guess we should look for another bank. We’ve been there for years. We need money for our business and we couldn’t even get a third of it. So they put a 2 day hold on it. What’s the point. I called Patrick Hunt CEO. We’ll see what happens. They are not there when we need them that’s for sure. They start quoting “Guidelines”!!

Drew Beck1Probably the worst eteller system in the banking industry at least once a month it goes down and you cannot access your account. cannot check balance at atms or anything. Worst of all it always happens over the weekend so they are basically holding your money and you can't use it
