  Joshua Ulmer and his crew were awesome. Very patient and professional. I definitely recommend their service. Just so you know, his company is no directly involved with the bank before closing but they get you a low rate according to your credit and then find your bank later. I didn't understand that part until later but everything moved smoothly for the closing.

  Josh and his team were excellent to work with. Josh was very knowledgeable and was quick to respond to any questions we had. The financing process with Josh moved quickly and efficiently. Communication was excellent as Josh continually updated us on where we were at in the process. Not only was Josh professional….but he was also very personable! We would highly recommend Josh for all your financing needs….five star service!

  Josh was extremely helpful and his team was more than accommodating. Helping me each step of the way and ensuring all documents were submitted correctly and on time. He would even check in while I was still in Chaotic home shopping process. Josh does excellent work and makes sure your to find an available loan options that fits you as an individual. Highly recommend.

  Josh went above and beyond our expectations when it came to finding us financing for our new home - including over-communicating any/all changes to our file and being available 24/7 if we had questions. 10/10, would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home in South East FLA.
