He was the early inspiration in our somewhat complex funding process, and that expert guidance made our purchase possible. He got back to us on his own when he didn't have our numbers in front of him, having taken my call even though he was driving -- the customer service he gave was among the best we've ever received from anyone, anywhere. He knows his stuff from the macro to the micro. He calmly and thoroughly answered all our questions, ALWAYS returned our calls, kept us informed each step of the way, and is courteous and professional to the core.   Josh is a fabulous Loan Advisor. He really knows his stuff and always has the customers best interest at heart. He really educates the customer and also listens, which is a real plus in todays market. He has also become very innovative with zoom for calls and met and greats.
