  Joe made my home buying experience so much easier than I had ever expected. As a first time home buyer, I had so many questions and doubts. Joe was always a pleasure to speak to, answered all my questions, and eased my nerves. He got me the best loan for my needs, and worked extra hard to get me the best rate possible. Joe truly wants what's best for his client, and as a client I was convinced of this right away through his work, promptness, and kindness. He is trustworthy and the best at what he does. He also is very funny, so that's a bonus.

  I can not say enough about how much I enjoyed working with Joe during one of probably the most insane periods of time in the mortgage industry. Joe and the staff I worked with at Fairway were always full of advice and quick to answer questions every time I asked. Joe has a very no pressure approach when he suggests different types of funding or mortgage options. I never once felt that Joe did not have my best interest at heart or was trying to squeak out any extra commissions for himself or the company. Joe fought hard and got me a historically low rate that I never would have thought possible. Thanks again for making the process painless Joe!

  I was referred to Joe through my realtor and I am a first time home buyer. So that means, I really had to have my hand held through the whole process. Joe was amazing! He was always going the extra mile to assure everything was exactly where it needed to be, when it needed it be there. With my situation, I had a bit of a hangup on my side but Joe did all he could to smooth out the process. I know of a few times he’d work late hours to assure I would get to close on my home in a timely manner. Still today, three months after closing, he welcomes any questions I may have about being a home owner. I would describe Joe as a professional, hard working, personable expert in his field. Throw in some humor when needed, because let’s face it, buying a home isn’t always a walk in the park! Through my whole home buying process, I found a professional, kind person I’m now happy to call a friend! Thanks a million, Joe!
