  Had a great experience. I thought I went in with a debacle but the nice gentleman told me exactly what I needed to do to get what I needed done. The place looked very clean and it was a wide open space in the middle. Easy parking. Nice, accessible disability ramp. Conveniently located on 12300S. Look for the green 'Jordan' sign on the ground comes up fast. No sunglasses, no hats allowed inside

  It’s humbling to call your bank and ask for money! Tess, Hailey, and Kaiely made it fun!! I am so impressed at how quick and easy it was!! I literally had money with in less then an hour of asking for it!! Jordan credit union has always treated me like a person!! Read that again. This Draper branch that I called today lived up to the Jordan credit union that I am a proud member of!! Give Tess, Hailey and Kaiely raises, bonuses and kudos!! They were professional and fun!! Quick and efficient!! Thanks for everything!!

  I am not sure how this company stays in business, we made the mistake of getting an auto loan with them. You can’t make a payment on their phone system unless you have set it up with a customer service rep. You ask to be connected with a rep and no one is working and it hangs up on you. Called the branch and they were open but their phones weren’t on. Went to the branch and was told if we want to make a payment with a debit card there is a $15 fee. Nice.

  I have been with JCU for 23 years and have never been disappointed. Recently, Tess helped me out with a refinance on an auto loan to lower my interest rate and it couldn't have been better. I've always been able to expect great personable service there and am happy to bank with them. Thanks again!!!

  The cashiers at this location are beyond kind and qualified. But if you need help from a branch manager, don't bother Tess Rapp. You will feel like you have "asked for the moon" for her do help you with the simplest of tasks. First you will have to wait for her to finish personal phone calls. Then when she finally comes to get you from the waiting area you will wonder how people can be so negative before you have even opened your mouth to speak. Once you ask for her help she will make sure you feel stupid for even asking. I WON'T go back to this branch unless it's for the drive up or teller. In talking to other's about their experience they will tell you the same. How Tess Rapp got that position is beyond me!

  I came thru the drive thru on Wednesday afternoon. The blond teller who helped me was great, but the other teller was playing on her cell phone the entire time. When I drove up, the blonde was on the business phone. The other girl who has dark hair just say there with her back to the window and her head down looking at her lap. I had to wait for the blonde to get off the phone before I got helped. I'd love to tell you who these girls are, but they never wear their name tags.

  Been trying for two weeks to talk to someone at this branch. They don't answer and call is transferred to another branch. I have left messages with whoever answers the phone for someone at the Draper Branch to call me back and they never do. America First will be my choice from now on.
