  This ppl don’t take your business seriously they just are after your money, the don’t engage personally with your current situation, basically, “you want the mortgage the house Yes or Not” give a try but if your feel the don’t care about you, change lender immediately bc they don’t. Maybe I just had a really bad processor and UW team.
