There is no delay, and requirements are super clear throughout, which totally helped to expedite the process. They respond to any questions immediately.   Jonathan was absolutely excellent! He was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process, however most importantly, he was HONEST.   Jonathan is a pleasure to deal with. Everything happens as quick as you’d like, him and his team are great with communications and explaining anything you have questions about. We were first-time buyers who’d only been in the country 3 years and felt confident working with Jonathan, and that confidence was well justified. The loan process, rate and everything involved with the loan was smooth sailing. Jonathan and his staff were great at communicating with us every step of the way.
