  I worked with Ryan Pitt on my loan and overall this was the best mortgage loan experience I have dealt with thus far. I would say the experience felt very personal and he always had a very positive and cheerful attitude when working with me. I was really busy at work and probably only picked up half his phone calls but he never seemed annoyed and always answered my questions on the phone and email. I think I hung up on him once because I had to do something more "important", but he was really nice about it. He didn't hesitate to give me quotes when I asked for them and he helped guide me in making the best mortgage choice. The company really prides itself on customer service. I got a bazillion emails asking if I was happy with the service through the entire process. I also appreciated all the goodies they sent my family too.

  Shawn Lynch was fabulous! Super knowledgeable and really quick to get back to us with any questions. He has on top of everything to a get us approved and all our information in. He was so helpful! Evergreen Home Loans on the other hand was AWFUL. They said they would try to get as close as possible to our interest we were going to be given from another company. When we were about to lock in the rate and getting ready to finalize everything, they said they would not honor what they said before and would not come down from the "par" interest rate AT ALL! This was incredibly frustrating because this is the difference of thousands of dollars for us and we didn't have the option to go with another company because we were too close to closing! I can not say enough great things about Shawn and enough bad about Evergreen. The management was so rude, I felt so bad for Shawn who had no control over what they were doing to us. PLEASE DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY! They screwed us over at the very last minute.

  I would highly recommend using Jon Nalder and his team for financing your home. They are always professional and do a fantastic job. They're very fast when relaying information to you and they always respond quickly to questions. They're knowledgable and helpful. I will certainly use them for any of my financing needs.

  Evergreen home loans is a very respectable company and they help you every step of the way. They guide you and answer any questions you have. I am a first-time home buyer and they've helped me even if I thought it was difficult they made it very understandable for me!
