  Good customer service. I like the Washington branch. Treasa the manager always goes above and beyond for all of my family members!! The things I don't like that should be fixed. When depositing money through the ATM it should be automatically in your account. But they put a hold on your money.I think the app should be able to transfer money to family. Other then that they are great!!

  The lady I dealt with at the Washington ave branch was rude, arrogant, and even cut me off in the middle of a sentence. I have no need for any institution that feels so superior to customers that they think it’s ok to behave in this manner. That blond lady is not in any way superior to anyone else. She just thinks she is. There are lots of other financial institutions that value customers and treat them with respect!

  I have been a member with CFCU for years and over the psst year their customer service has declined tremendously!! They charge outrageous fees and they hold money out of your account electronically for transactions that have not processed! I deposited $1000 cash through the ATM at the State St branch for my house pymt ( i usually use the night deposit box but their were no envelopes). They only deposited $200 into my account and put a 48 hour hold on the remaining $800, this caused a nsf and i got charged a $30 fee! Even under the circumstances they refused to refund the $30. This is just one example of their poor customer service!! Whatever happened to good customer service??

  By far worst bank that I have ever dealt with - they nickel and dime their customers on fees. You would think a community bank would treat their customers better. Will never do business with them again.

  THIS PLACE MAKES THEIR EMPLOYEES FORCE BALANCE AND RUN PERSONAL ERRANDS THEN FIRES THEIR EMPLOYEES OVER THE CHOICES THEY MADE THEM DO! I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE RETURN TO THIS PALCE, THEY ARE THE MOST DISGUSTING PEOPLE I KNOW AND WILL BE CONTACTING THE BETTER BUISNESS BUREAU.
