  I cannot recommend Johnny enough. He and his assistant exceeded our expectations. We closed far more quickly than we ever have before. They respond to all inquiries quickly. Their process is streamlined and easy to use. His rates and fees came in lower than all the other brokers we spoke with. In the past we have worked with both credit unions and banks. Never again.   10/10, I had a great experience as a first time home buyer. My back was up against the wall-- I initially chose a bank (U.S. Bank) as a mortgage lender simply because that's where my primary bank account was. The bank failed to make the closing date 3 consecutive times, it was 22 days past the original closing date. That's where Johnnys team stepped in--I believe he contacted the seller and said they'd bust a** on this (I doubt he used those words), started the lending process over from SCRATCH and he and the Movement team were done within 2 weeks. This was for a condo, which I understand can be a little more complicated than a single family home as their is also the HOA to communicate with. Last but not least, APR is .16% lower than the banks rate. I and the sellers agent both said the same thing, that we were impressed! Thank you Johnny, Cassie and Telisa, I appreciated the quick service that you provided.
