  Fantastic attention to detail, care, patience, and intelligent/ expeditious dissemination of information. Clarity and responsiveness always at our fingertips throughout the process. Incredible speed and efficiency closing with human warmth and kindness that made the process feel more than enjoyable. Big ups and praise to Holly Smith and the team, I'm grateful to have been connected to them and have heard nothing but kind words and recommendations from all the other industry representatives from realtors to mortgage lenders to insurance companies from the area. This was my first home buying experience and with the market where it is at and my cosigner in another state this whole process could have and probably would have been 10x more treacherous and tedious than it was working through Academy Mortgage and directly with Holly Smith.   Holly Smith is the best in the business. She is extremely knowledgeable about every process that it makes it easy to figure out which option is the best. She is also extremely patient and makes sure to answer all of your questions so that you always feel like you know what is going on. The rates were great and the service is the best!
