  I worked with Johnatan and his team twice in the past two years and would recommend him in a heartbeat! I found him to be incredibly responsive, communicative, and reliable throughout the process of securing a mortgage. He was available at all times of the day including weekends. He was prompt in supplying information to our realtor and everyone throughout the process commented on how nice he was to work with.   They took appraisal money before closing twice. We didn't get the house or our appraisal money back. That was over q thousand dollors. Dont deal with these people.
