  I have been in Real Estate as a Sales Agent since 1994 in California and since 2002 in Massachusetts. In all those years I have worked with many professionals from all aspects of real estate, from bankers, mortgage brokers, title officers, etc.  I will say this, it is extremely rare when you come across a professional who is intelligent, educated and seasoned with many years experience, who truly cares about each transaction and more importantly, about each person involved. When I know that John Marroni is assisting one of my Clients to help purchase a home, I don’t have to worry for I know things will get done correctly and in a timely matter.  I also know that my back is covered for even in my 22 years experience, things happen, deadlines sneak up, etc.,  and when John is involved, he watches my back too and checks to see if I am doing my job as well. This creates a wonderful team mentality and ensures no problems, no extensions, no delays and a successful transaction. If the scale is one to five, I give John FIVE STARS.   John is the best, don't bother to try the rest!!! I did both my mortgage and refinance with John, and in both instances he followed through on his promises. Both my wife and I are self employed, and John knows this business through and through to make every penny count.
