When those cars were not a good fit the salesmen both were able to point us to good alternatives, although out of our price range. Allowed my wife and I to expand our search parameters and ultimately narrow down to the car we want. Highly recommend them to help you explore different car options and ideas if you are still exploring your options.

Ryan Santos1Don’t get tricked into purchasing the dent protection or the Llumar paint protection unless you live in the Roseville area. The process to have those services done is a nightmare. I’ll give the dealership credit for trying to have the services done closer to my home, however, once I arrived at the closer-to-home dealership (which was supposed to supply a rental) I soon find out that there are no rentals available. So now they “shuttle” me over to enterprise where I then have to return the car and shuttle back to the dealership once my car is ready. What should have been a simple 30 minute trip has now turned into half a day of wasted time. John L Sullivan gets 2 stars for the effort, and -1 star for the execution.

Austin Roy1Drove 100 miles and bought a car for these guys got a good price. During the test drive noticed a slight vibration. Told that the shop was busy and could not balance the tires, not that big of a deal I could have my tires guys do it when I get home. So I only drive the car 3 miles to work and back so vibration is not that big of a deal. Finnay make time to get tires balanced they were a few oz. off pretty big deal for a car like mine. I paid 60 bucks for something the dealership should have taken care of. Still have a slight vibration at high speed. 60-70mph. I take the car in to have the tires checked one more time before I take it to the dealership (still have factory warranty) they tell me that I have two bad tires that it’s a tread defect and a bent wheel. The run out on the wheels all pass but the wheel is bent. So I call the dealership that I bought the car from its been about 2-3 months like I said I never go anywhere and my commute is short. Probably put 1-2k on the car if that. They tell me there is nothing they can do. I understand that I waited a bit of time but working Monday through Friday 7-5 not much time to get these things taken care of. Way to stand by your product. Then I get a letter for the registration for the car I just bought in the mail even though that was supposed to be taken care of. I do not recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership they are sharks care about the volume of cars not the customers.

Noheli S1Extremely disappointed that such a well known dealership in the area would sell me a car without disclosing that the car I was buying had significant body damage before. I was recently in a minor accident and when I went to get my front bumper painted they found out my car had been in a major accident before and the bumper was nearly falling apart as they tried to remove it, the representative told me they basically repaired the bumper by putting a band aid on it and some new paint. Not only the bumper had damage but the entire passenger side of the car had been shifted about an inch back making it impossible to complete the repair. Caliber collision said that it was near impossible to have known that this happened unless someone that really knew cars had thoroughly inspected it before I bought it. Do not trust this dealership. The accident was never reported so it was not on the carfax, so one or two things happened: 1. John L Sullivan tried to sweep it under the rug or 2. this dealership does not thoroughly inspect their cars before they sell them.

I've been in Audi, Chevy, BMW, Toyota with our cars and Courtney is by far the best person I've brought my car into. So personable, on top of our service and really cared about what's shes doing. David Wang5I traveled more than 100 miles to John L Sullivan to get my Sonic. It certainly worth the effort. I arrived few minutes before they close. But all the personal there patiently waited until finish the process. I was picked up from the train station by the sales. The purchase is very simple. I got the car with the price advertised. No push for extra stuffs. Very helpful with the process to bring in my own finances from CU. The follow up with the sales is greate. They followed up with me over two weeks after the purchase to make sure nothing wrong with my new car.

Alex McCamy5They checked me in quickly for a warranty repair and oil change. Randall was fast and friendly telling me the parts would arrive in a few days. The repair was completed as soon as the parts arrived and I was notified by phone calls and text messages through several steps of the process. There was no waiting around. No endless phone tag. They did what they said in the time estimated.

Joey Brandt5Went in looking for a car and Jesus made it super easy to find a car. Did everything he can to make it painless as possible. Then Ron in finance made that a breeze! Benjamin Smith5Went in with no I mention to buy just wanted to test drive a Corvette. I don't like aggressive sales people and told one sales men there was no way I will be buying anything in the next 6 months as he was determining if I was worth his time. He turned me over to a younger salesperson that just let me explore and ride whatever I wanted without a hassle. Put me at ease and helped me relax. I was interested in a Camaro SS that they did not have on the lot. The manager then threw in a free leather seat customization and racing stripes gave me a $5000 rebate and was able to bring the price down an additional $6000 when I was still more interested in the other Camaro. It took 10 hours but I left with a 2018 Camaro SS and feel pretty damn good about it. Great sales team and finance. I couldn't believe the hours these guys are putting in though. Take care of your health and happiness.
