  Jodie helped process my home loan. She was phenomenal! After meeting and getting a few quotes we chose her because of how much attention to detail she has. She showed us rates and compared her quote to others and even found several discrepancies that would have cost us a lot of money. She did everything she could to explain the entire process to us, got us a great deal, always followed up and took care of us like we were family. Will use her again and recommend this lender to anyone I know. Great experience!

  Jodie did an excellent job with our home refinance. It was a VA loan and there were some complications and some hoops to jump through but she was in constant contact with us about what was going on and what needed to be done. She was easy to contact either by email, phone or text. We were very happy to have her help.

  My fiancé and I just bought our first home with Jodie from Castle and Cooke Mortgage and are very happy with everything. Jodie and her team were able to solve any problem that arose during the escrow process in a timely manner. Their communication was open, clear, and very consistent with me and other parties involved as well. They were able to get my overtime accounted for, multiple lenders before wouldn’t put the time or effort into this, which helped substantially with my purchasing power in todays crazy market. They also hold your loan instead of selling to some larger corporation which allows you to have local people to speak and deal with if you ever have questions, wish to refinance, or anything else you may need! Whenever I became frustrated I was always met with a friendly and helpful attitude and multiple solutions to the issue at hand eliminating a lot of stress from the process. Altogether they made my first home buying experience quick, comfortable, informative, and ensured I had someone on my side.   I have a great relationship with my bank, however, I asked my realtor, Meg, if she knew of a lender that could help us out as this deal was acreage, a manufactured home, an additional ADU and several out buildings. The team at Remax introduced us to Jodie and from the first day, she worked seamlessly with our Realtor Meg and ourselves.
