  John was with us from the very beginning helping to ease our every concern. He assured us we would be able to get into a home quickly and helped to motivate us to get the ball rolling. He was able to prequalify us for the loan very quickly and once we found the home we wanted he completed the loan process within just a week or two.   My experience was wonderful!! Sasha Christensen was extremely helpful with everything and always answer all of my questions with in minutes of emailing or texting! She was always there even on weekends and after hours. I will recommend her business to friend and family! My transaction was very smooth!

  Brett Cavazos and his team at Castle & Cooke Mortgage understood what I needed in order to qualify for a loan and they applied that knowledge to my situation which resulted in me being approved to purchase a home. Other lenders that I talked to rejected me outright or didn't understand VA lending policies and thus were not able to approve me for a loan! Excellent service all around!

  Castle & Cooke was great to work with. Bret was very professional & freindly. They expedited the refi process in a timely manner & was honest with the quotes beforehand.I would recommend them to anyone who is considering refinancing or just getting a new mortgage they made everything seem simple👍

  John Harrison and his team are amazing! John is so good at what he does and is very kind. We came to him in a panic, with a lot on the plate and a short amount of time to get everything done plus we are 50+ miles away from him. He kept in close contact with us the whole way through, answered all my questions before I even asked them. He made us feel as if we were his only clients but I know that we weren't! In such a fast and stressful time he made it better than I could have ever hoped for. We also owe a big thanks to his assistant Dawn!!! She is also great at what she does and is so nice!
