  I had the most wonderful experience with SWBC. Looking and purchasing a home is stressful enough but when you have a team of professionals like Jimmy, Dorothy and their staff who can take away some of the stresses it is very rewarding. Jimmy and his team made my life easier and having all the required documents and information they needed was icing on the cake. I love when I would get callst to check on how I was doing with the house and anything else that may have been worried with the loan processing. Thank you Jimmy for giving me a chance.

  This is the second time we've used SWBC for a home loan. I can unequivocally recommend them. Everyone in their office is friendly, informed, and thorough. They knew what loan market changes were coming and got my rate locked in before rates went up. While mortgages will always require some effort on your part to provide needed documents, if you do your part, SWBC will make the whole process relatively painless. One of the easiest loans I've ever done. Special call out to Chani and Dorothy for exceptional service and care. If we ever need another mortgage, SWBC will be our first call.

  Jimmy and the rest of his team at SWBC Mortgage are the best people to work with. They always close our contracts on time, are friendly to work with and they can be reached almost anytime. If they don't answer the phone right away, especially after hours, they respond quickly. In my experience, some lenders are hard to get in conctact with, especially online lenders but SWBC has always been very responsive to me, my agents and our mutual clients. I can always count on Jimmy.
