  I've been with Jim, Gretchen and Stephanie for over 30 years and have used them for vehicle, home and rental property insurance, and they are fantastic. Their customer service is exceptional. It gives you such peace of mind to know you can reach an actual human being if you ever have a problem, and that the issue is going to get addressed quickly and professionally. State Farm has handled several claims for me over the years and they have always been a pleasure to work with. I can't recommend them highly enough.

  I can’t begin to express the great service that we’ve received from Jim Hatcher and Stephanie Hartsock. The fact that my family has been with this agent for decades should give you an idea of how much we appreciate them. We have never had a bad experience over the many years of coverage with them. The respect, concern and quick response has been constant through the years. We never felt like we were just another client. They have a way of making you feel like you are the only thing that matters at that time. We truly feel like extended family in a sense.

  Jim Hatcher has handled all of our insurance needs for the last 20+ years. Stephanie is always a phone call away whether it's a general question or a problem. When our daughter was involved in a rollover accident two years ago, her claim was handled quickly and thoroughly. Stephanie was a beam of light on a dark day, helping us navigate the insurance world. Jim and Stephanie are like family.

  If your looking for an insurance agent that’s is going to take care of you; look no further. I’ve had insurance with StateFarm on and off many years but I’ve never chosen a different agent! Stephanie and Gretchen have made me feel like family by always being available to take care of whatever it is that I need. They are prompt in responding to me within the same business day and even if I leave a message at time they’ve gotten back to me after business hours. I couldn’t ask for a better agent to service my insurance needs. Thank you all in this office for continued service through the years ever since I was 20 😅 but I won’t say how old I am now!
