  I have known Jill now for over 10 years. Whether it be to work on a mortgage, asking "on the fly" for numbers on a new address, or asking for insight on loans or financial matters, Jill has ALWAYS been kind, thorough, and honest in all her transactions.   Jill was the single best lender we've ever worked with (out of 4). She was transparent about every step of the process, proactive about documentation to ensure there were no delays, incredibly friendly and easy to work with, almost paranormally responsive to inquiries, and seemingly infinitely knowledgeable about the entire process. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Also, she brought homemade cookies that were aesthetically almost fake looking they were so perfect, and somehow still delicious (I assumed they'd taste like fondant or plastic...they tasted like happiness).

  We first worked with Jill about 10 years ago on a re-fi and just had the pleasure of working with her again- we closed today after starting the process less than 30 days ago!   Jill was super easy to work with. She stayed on top of the paperwork so the transaction was smooth even with me changing things up a couple of times. I also liked that a good chunk of the documents were DocuSign (digital signing) so that I could read them at my leisure and didn't have nearly as big of a stack at the very end. I also compared her rates with 3 other lenders that I had mortgages within the past and even though she was the best rate, I probably would have just stuck with her anyway since she was so on top of it.

  This is the third time I have had Jill help with home loans. Stick with a winner I say. Great communication, always there to answer questions and fantastic follow up. I know there's many good loan officer's out there, however Jill is the best and will exceed your expectations!!!
