  We switched over to State Farm for our home and auto a few years ago and had a smooth transition and have had great service ever since! When we had a ton of hail damage to both of our vehicles about a year ago, Sam was quick to process our claim and the vehicle damage was assessed the same day and repaired quickly and payment to the mechanic was speedy as well! I would highly recommend Jess Sutcliffe-State Farm to anyone in the area looking for or thinking of switching their home and auto insurance!

  I changed insurance on our home and autos last year to State Farm. I was hesitant to do so because I had my insurance with a down town company for more than 20 years. I solicited quotes and for more insurance coverage I was actually saving over $1000 a year. In August a tree limb fell on my car. I thought I would have to do battle with the insurance company. My experience was excellent, not only did the local office stay with me throughout the claims process, they took care of getting the limb off the car when I couldn't. Very professional, kind and thoughtful people at the local office and the same was true of the adjusters on the other end of the phone. I couldn't be happier and wholeheartedly recommend State Farm.
