  We have been done loan refinance recently. Recently rate is low, many peoples are going for refinance. This make the overall process longer than usual. Like Appraisal alone, it will take 2 weeks. During this whole process, Jerry is responsive during all the time. It makes the overall refinance process completed smoothly. And the rate we got is good. I recommend Jerry to others.
