  We had a great experience using Jeremy Strunk. Everything was quick, easy and hassle free. Jeremy kept us informed every step of the way and his videos were very helpful. He also provided information on what rates were doing so we could get the lowest possible rate. Never had to go to any offices to sign documents, everything was done by esign which made it very convenient for us. We would highly recommend going through Jeremy for your mortgage needs.

  Communication is vital when securing a loan. Jeremy provided stellar text, email, and cell guidance throughout the loan process. All inquiries were answered promptly and effectively. Initially, Jeremy identified the process steps and then provided a list documents required for submittal. As the process progressed, he provided timely status updates.   Well, if I were to say that this review is a little late.....yeah, that would be an understatement. So we have been in and out of the market for quite some time. We currently own a house and have been playing with the idea of buying a second house bigger since the family has grown. The idea is to keep the one we live in now as a investment property(rental) and then find a bigger house. Blah blah blah....you see where I am going. Anyway, We start looking at house a couple years ago with our Realtor and Jeremy was and is our mortgage guy, to say that the both of them were patient is ridiculously understated. Jeremy got our approval amount and we started looking all just to realize we needed and wanted to pay off more debt before really heading down this road. Fast forward a couple years market is poppin we decide like everyone else in 2019 to refi our house. Jeremy made the process the easiest process I have seen in a while. He also provides a link to an App that he uses that will tell you when you paperwork is reaching each milestone and when you need to sign or or submit etc. The rate was amazing, the service beyond reproach and talk about a fast closing, just under 30 days if I remember correctly. Jeremy was always available anytime we needed him and or had a question or concern. Also, was persistent in actively letting us know that docs were coming to sign before receiving the notification from the app. Your satisfaction level will be off the chart with him.   I couldn't imagine this process being as smooth as Jeremy made it, along with lightening speed and a GREAT deal.   Jeremy did an amazing job. Not only was he always available for questions and quick to reply, but he went above and beyond to get my deal worked out. I had a very complicated situation where I was purchasing a home and my divorce wasn't final. My financial circumstances totally qualified me to buy, but my personal situation made underwriting difficult. Jeremy did not give up, and figured out a way to work through the issues holding up approval. I had been working with 2 loan officers before and lost out on those houses because they gave up at the first sign of difficulty. Jeremy stuck it out, and went to battle for me, and now I can give my family a new home for Christmas!! 🙂
