  It has been a great experience working with Jeremy. When we first met, he made it feel like we had been friends for years. He was so personable and we felt like he did the best job for our first home buying experience. He has a lot of experience and you can tell he really enjoys helping others. We really appreciate everything he did for us and our family. Jeremy you are awesome! Tabitha is also a wonderful addition to his business.   I have actually refinanced through Fairway twice. The first time was great but because of the circumstances took longer than expected. It was nothing to do with Fairway. Jeremy and his team were great to work with. They followed up as needed and kept plugging away waiting for my paperwork to come together. The second time was a breeze.

  Attempting to buy a house wasn’t the easiest considering my fiancé and I were so young with a good job history but a limited job history. The home buying process was definitely a great amount of work however, everyone apart of the Lambson team made our experience amazing. The Lambson team does not look at you and think “sell a house, make some money” they take the time to get to know you and help find the perfect fit, they do not give up, and they are very quick about everything that they do. I am beyond happy with the experience I had and I will gladly tell everyone that talks about buying a house to check out fairway!

  I completed a mortgage loan with these people. It was like pulling teeth. They dragged their feet, and consistently failed to communicate. While it was successful, it was not pleasant to work with these guys. I will not use them for my next home purchase.

  When I was in search for a lender to buy a house I spoke with around 7 different lenders who could not or would not work with me due to being self employed.
